During October and November, the public was able to participate in preparation of the competition brief by attending a community mapping meeting and completing an online questionnaire. 

On October 23, a community mapping meeting was held at the Kodaňská 4D Center building. Approximately 25 local residents attended the meeting. Invitations to the meeting were distributed in cooperation with the Prague 10 Municipal District and were also posted in the surrounding area. From October 23 to November 21, it was also possible to fill out an online questionnaire with a map on the competition website.

Both at the meeting and in the questionnaire, it was possible to comment on the current state of the competition site, its values and problems, and its future — the needs that should be addressed in the competition, and concerns about the reconstruction and demolition of the existing building.

The outputs from the community mapping and the questionnaire survey were used to formulate competition brief. The public participation report will be one of the documents that the selected competition teams will receive before they start designing.
